- Mafuta matatu eChipunu Olive Oiri kana Kubikisa mafuta esarudzo
- 2 Bay mashizha
- 1+1/2 mukombe / 200g Hanyanisi - dzakachekwa zvakanaka
- 1 Chipunu Garlic - yakagurwa zvakatsetseka (4 kusvika 5 garlic cloves)
- 1/2 Chipunu Ginger - yakachekwa zvakanaka (1/2 inch ginger)
- 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste kana kuravira
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Kumini
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika (HAINA KUSVIRWA)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Mhiripiri Nhema
- 1/2 kusvika 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper kana Indian Chili poda (ZVINODA)
- 140g / 3/4 Mukombe Tomato (tomato 1 iri pakati nepakati)
- 1/4 Kapu / 60ml Mvura kana sezvinodiwa
- Munyu kuti uravire (ndawedzera 1 teaspoon yepink Himalayan salt (1/4 tsp ndichifyeka hanyanisi + 3/4 tsp kumachickpeas)
- 1/4 Teaspoon Shuga (Ndashandisa nzimbe)
- 1/2 Chipunu Garam Masala
