Ingredients:

  • PaMukanyiwa: 1 kapu Maida, 1 tsp Mafuta, Munyu kuravira
  • Kuzadza: 1 kapu Grated Paneer, 1/2 kapu yakakanyiwa cheese, 1 kapu hanyanisi (yakachekwa), 1/4 kapu yeGreen Capsicum (Yakachekwa), 1/4 kapu yeCoriander (yakachekwa), 2 tbsp Green Chilli (Yakachekwa), 1/4 mukombe Spring Onion (Green Part Yakachekwa), 2 tbsp Fresh Green Garlic (Yakachekwa), 1 fresh Chilli dzvuku (Yakachekwa), Munyu kuRavira, 1/8 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • Kune Slurry: 2 tbsp Maida, mvura

Mirairo:

1. Gadzira mukanyiwa munyoro nekukanya Maida nemafuta nemunyu. Dhavhara uye uchengete kwemaminitsi makumi matatu.

2. Ita maPuris maviri kubva mukanyiwa. Chikungurusa Puri imwe wozora mafuta, womwaya mamwe Maida. Isa imwe Puri pamusoro woumburudza naMaida. Bika mativi ose ari maviri zvishoma pa tawa.

3. Mundiro, sanganisa zvese zvinoshandiswa pakuzadza.

4. Gadzira slurry yepakati nepakati neMaida nemvura.

5. Cheka iyo Roti kuita masikweya maumbirwo uye ita chimiro cheCigar nekuzadza. Nama neslurry uye fry kusvika goridhe iri pakati nepakati kusvika kunonoka murazvo.
