Cheesy Onion Bread Pockets

-Himalayan pink munyu 1 tsp kana kuravira
-Soy muto 1 tbs
-Olper's Cheddar cheese 60g (½ Mukombe)
-Mayonnaise 1/3 Mukombe
-Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbs
-Sriracha sauce 1 tbs
-Mvura inodziya ½ Mukombe
-Bareek cheeni (Caster shuga ) 1 tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 tsp
-Mukaka weOlper unodziya ¼ Mukombe
-Mafuta ekubikisa 2 tbs
-Maida (hupfu hwechinangwa chese) akasefa 2 & ½ Makapu
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp

-Muchikafu, wedzera mafuta ekubikisa & kudziisa.
-Isa hanyanisi & fry kusvika yakareruka.
-Isa huku,ginger garlic paste & sanganisa zvakanaka kusvika yachinja ruvara.
-Wedzera paprika powder,turmeric powder,dryed oregano, pink salt,soy sauce,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes then wobika pahigh flame kusvika yasvava.
-Bvisa muflame,isa cheddar cheese & sanganisa zvakanaka kusvika cheese yanyungudika.
- Rega zvitonhore.

-Mundiro,isa mvura inodziya,caster sugar,yeast,sanganise zvakanaka & rega zviratidzike kwemaminitsi mashanu.
-Isai mukaka unodziya,mafuta ekubikisa,upfu hwese-chinangwa,pink munyu, sanganisai zvakanaka nekukanya kusvika mukanyiwa wagadzirwa.
-Wedzera cooking oil & kanda for 1-2 maminetsi,zora mafuta ekubikisa,vhara nefirimu rekudya & rega zviratidzike kwemaminetsi makumi mana nemashanu kusvika 1 awa panzvimbo inodziya kana kusvika yakapetwa kaviri.
-Kanya mukanyiwa kusvika watsvedzerera. ,mwaya hupfu hwakaoma & kuumburudza nerubatsiro rwepini (6 inches) ,zora bota rakapfava pahalf side of rolled dough & flip the other side on it.
