Chapathi with Cauliflower Kurma & Potato Fry
Ingredients
- 2 makapu hupfu hwegorosi
- Mvura (sezvinodiwa)

Kugadzira chapathi, sanganisa hupfu hwegorosi, mvura, nemunyu mundiro kusvikira mukanyiwa wakatsetseka waita. Fukidza nejira rakanyorova wosiya kuti rizorore kwemaminitsi anenge makumi matatu.
Kurma yecauliflower, pisa mafuta mupani, woisa hanyanisi yakachekwa, wobva wasota kusvika ndarama. Isai ginger-garlic paste, inoteverwa nematomatisi akachekwa, uye gadzira kusvikira yapfava.
