- Zeera (Mhodzi dzeCumin) dzakagochwa & yakapwanyiwa 1 & ½ tbs
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) yakapwanyika 1 & ½ tbs
- Himalayan pink munyu 1 tbs kana kuravira
- Gadzira Paratha Mukanyiwa:
- Maida (hupfu hwechinangwa chese) yakasefa Makapu maviri
- Himalayan pink munyu ½ tsp
- Ghee (yakajeka butter) 1 tbs
- Mvura ¾ Mukombe kana sezvinodiwa
- Ghee (Chakacheneswa bhotoro) 1-2 tsp
- Ghee (Clarified butter) 1-2 tsp
- Lehsan (Garichi) yakagurwa zvakanaka
- Hara dhania (itsva coriander) yakachekwa
- Ghee (Yakacheneswa butter) 1 tbs kana sezvinodiwa

- Mune spice shaker, wedzera Kashmiri red chilli poda, mhodzi dzekorianderi, mhodzi dzekumini, chilli tsvuku yakatswanywa, munyu wepingi, vhara uye zunza zvakanaka. Musanganiswa wezvinonhuhwira wagadzirwa!

- -Mundiro, isa hupfu hwese-se-upfu, munyu, ruomba uye sanganisa zvakanaka kusvika rwapwanyika.
- -Zvishoma nezvishoma isa mvura wokanya kusvika mukanyiwa wagadzirwa.
