Beerakaya Pachadi Recipe

Ingredients:
- Ridge gour (beerakaya) - 1 yepakati nepakati
- Green chilies - 4
- Kokonati - 1/4 kapu ( sarudzo)
- Tamarind - diki remoni-sized
- Mhodzi dzeCumin (jeera) - 1 tsp
- Mhodzi yemasitadhi - 1 tsp
- Chana dal - 1 tsp
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Chirichi dzvuku - 2
- Makapu eGarichi - 3
- Turmeric powder - 1/ 4 tsp
- Mashizha eCurry - mashoma
- Mashizha eCoriander - zvishoma
- Mafuta - 1 tbsp
- Munyu - sekureva kwekuravira
Mabikirwo:
1. Pera uye cheka gourde kuita zvidimbu zvidiki.
2. Pisa 1 teaspoon yemafuta mupani wowedzera chana dal, urad dal, mhodzi yekumini, mhodzi yemasitadhi, chilies tsvuku, uye garlic cloves. Sata zvakanaka.
3. Wedzera yakachekwa ridge gour, turmeric powder, curry mashizha, uye coriander mashizha. Sanganisa zvakanaka wobika kwemaminetsi gumi.
4. Kana gourde raibva, rega musanganiswa utonhore.
5. Mune blender, wedzera musanganiswa wakanyoroveswa, green chilies, tamarind, kokonati, uye munyu. Sanganisa kuita kuname yakatsetseka.
6. Nekupisa, kupisa 1 tsp yemafuta mupani, wedzera mhodzi yemasitadhi, tsvuku tsvuku, uye curry mashizha. Bika kusvika tsanga yemasitadhi yapfachuka.
7. Wedzera musanganiswa we ridge gourd musanganiswa zvakanaka, kubika kwemaminetsi maviri.
8. Beerakaya Pachadi yagadzirira kupihwa mupunga unopisa kana roti.
