- Lal mirch powder (red chilli powder) 1 tsp kana kuravira
- Garam masala powder 2 tsp
- Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Himalayan pink munyu 1 tsp kana kuravira
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) yakachekwa 1 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) yakachekwa tsama
- Podina (Mint mashizha) akachekwa ane tsama

- Muwoki, wedzera mvura,nyama yemombe,ginger,gariki,mhodzi dzekorianderi,bhatani dzvuku chillies,black cardamom , cumin mhodzi, cinnamon stick, pink salt,onion, sanganisa zvakanaka & uuye nazvo kuti zvivirike, vhara uye ubike pamoto uri pakati nepakati kusvika nyama yakwana 50% (30 minutes).
- Bvisa & urase zvinonhuwira zvese .
- Wedzera chidimbu chebengal giramu uye sanganisa zvakanaka, vhara uye ubike pamoto uri pakati nepakati kusvika mvura yanyorova uye mvura yasvava (40-50 maminetsi).
- Bvisa mumurazvo wokanya zvakanaka ne rubatsiro rwemasher.
- Wedzera chilli poda tsvuku, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, pink munyu, green chilli, fresh coriander, mint mashizha, sanganisa zvakanaka & kanda kuti ubatanidze.
- Tora musanganiswa (50g) & gadzira kabab yehukuru hwakaenzana.
- Inogona kuchengetwa mumudziyo usingapindi mhepo kwenguva inosvika mwedzi mitatu mufiriza.
- Mundiro, isa mazai uye kurunga zvakanaka kusvika abuda furo.
