  • Garam masala powder 2 tsp
  • Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
  • Himalayan pink munyu 1 tsp kana kuravira
  • Hari mirch (Green chilli) yakachekwa 1 tbs
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) yakachekwa tsama
  • Podina (Mint mashizha) akachekwa ane tsama

  • Mazano:
  • Muwoki, wedzera mvura,nyama yemombe,ginger,gariki,mhodzi dzekorianderi,bhatani dzvuku chillies,black cardamom , cumin mhodzi, cinnamon stick, pink salt,onion, sanganisa zvakanaka & uuye nazvo kuti zvivirike, vhara uye ubike pamoto uri pakati nepakati kusvika nyama yakwana 50% (30 minutes).
