  • Ingredients:
    Gadzira Apricot Puree:
    -Sukhi khubani (Maapricots akaomeswa) 250g (yakanyatsoshambidzwa uye yakanyudzwa usiku hwose)
    -Shuga 2 tbs kana kuravira
    Gadzirira Custard:
    -Doodh (Mukaka) 750ml
    -Shuga 4 tbs kana kuravira
    -Custard powder 3 tbs
    -Vanilla essence ½ tsp
    Gadzirira Cream:< br />-Kirimu 200ml (1 Kapu)
    -Shuga yakapfava 1 tbs kana kuravira
    Kuunganidza:
    -Plain cake slices
    -Apricot almonds inotsiva: Almonds
    -Pista (Pistachios) yakachekwa
  • Maitiro:
    Gadzira Apricot Puree:
    -Maapurikosi akanyoroveswa nedeseed woisa mupoto.
    -Wedzera 1 Kapu yemvura,shuga , sanganisa zvakanaka & bika pa low flame for 6-8 minutes.
    -Dzima moto, suka zvakanaka nerubatsiro rwemasher & uise parutivi. tyora mhodzi nerubatsiro rwemucheki.
    Cherechedzai: Maapricot akabikwa anogona kusanganiswa nerubatsiro rwerunyoro rwemaoko.
    Gadzira Custard:
    -Mupoto,isa mukaka,shuga,custard. hupfu, vanilla essence & whisk zvakanaka.
    -Batidza moto uye ubike pamoto wakaderera kusvika wakora.
    -Rega zvitonhore. ,isa kirimu,shuga,korokoza zvakanaka & isa parutivi.
    Kuunganidza:
    -Mundiro inodyiwa, wedzera & paradzira apricot puree yakagadzirwa, plain cake slices,prepared cream,prepared apricot puree,prepared custard,plain zvimedu zvekeke, apricot puree yakagadzirwa, cream yakagadzirwa & custard yakagadzirwa.
    -Chengetedza nemaarumondi emaapricot, mapistachio uye shandisa chilled!
