Afghani White Kofta Gravy

Ingredients:
- Boneless huku cubes 500g
- Pyaz (Onisheni) 1 medium
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) akachekwa 2 tbs
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder ) 1 tsp
- Himalayan pink munyu ½ tsp kana kuravira
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) yakapwanyika 1 Tsp
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 & ½ tbs
- Chimedu chechingwa 1
- Mafuta ekubikisa 5- 6 tbs
- Pyaz (anyanisi) zvakadamburwa kuita 3-4 diki
- Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4- 5
- Badam (Maarumondi) akanyorova uye akasvuurwa 8-9
- Char maghaz (Mbeu yevise) 2 tbs
- Mvura 3-4 tbs
- li>Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
- Javitri powder (Mace powder) ¼ tsp
- Dhania hupfu (Coriander powder) ½ tsp
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Himalayan pink munyu ½ tsp kana kuravira
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tsp
- Dahi (Yoguti) yakaputswa ½ Mukombe
- Mvura ½ Mukombe
- Kirimu ¼ Mukombe
- Kasuri methi (Mashizha akaomeswa fenugreek) 1 Tsp
- Hara Dhania (Fresh coriander) yakachekwa
Maitiro:
- Gadzira huku Koftay: In chopper, wedzera huku, hanyanisi, girini chillies, fresh coriander, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, pink munyu, black pepper powder, red chilli yakapwanyika, garam masala powder, clarified butter, bread slice & cheka kusvika zvanyatsosangana. Zora maoko nemafuta, tora musanganiswa mudiki (50g) & gadzira koftay yehukuru hwakaenzana. Muwoki, wedzera mafuta ekubikisa,huku yakagadzirwa koftay & fry pamoto wakadzika kubva kumativi ose kusvikira chiedza chendarama uye woisa parutivi (waita 12).
- Gadzira Kofta Gravy: Muwoki imwechete, isa hanyanisi,girinhi cardamom & fry pamoto wepakati kwemaminitsi 2-3. Bvisa hanyanisi woisa muchirongo chinosanganisa, wedzera green chillies, maarumondi, mhodzi dzemelon, mvura uye sanganisa zvakanaka. Muwoki imwe chete, wedzera paste yakasanganiswa uye sanganisa zvakanaka. Wedzera nhema mhiripiri hupfu, kumini hupfu, mace powder, coriander hupfu, garam masala hupfu, pink munyu, ginger gariki paste, yoghurt & sanganisa zvakanaka, vhara & bika pamoto wakaderera kwemaminetsi 4-5. Wedzera mvura, sanganisa zvakanaka & kubika murazvo wepakati kwemaminitsi 1-2. Dzima moto, wedzera kirimu, mashizha efenugreek akaomeswa uye sanganisa zvakanaka. Batidza moto, wedzera koftay yakakangwa uye sanganisa zvinyoro. Wedzera nyowani coriander, chivhara uye gadzira pamoto wakadzika kwemaminetsi 4-5. Shumira nenaan kana chapati!
