Inotonhorera Pasta Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 leek
  • 1 inch piece ginger
  • li>½ fennel
  • 1 tbsp mafuta omuorivhi
  • 1 tbsp yewaini yakachena vhiniga
  • 1 tsp sweetener (agave, shuga, maple manyuchi)
  • li>1 tbsp soy muto
  • 1 kapu (250ml) mvura
  • 3 makapu (750ml) mvura, yakawanda kana zvichidiwa
  • 1 muriwo muto cube
  • 2 makarotsi aripakati
  • 150g - 250g tempeh (5.3 - 8.8oz) (sub nebhinzi yesarudzo)

  • 2 tsp vegan Worcestershire muto
  • 120g nzira yekudimbudzira pasta yesarudzo (inogona kunge isina gluten!)
  • 2-4 handful sipinachi
