Kallattii:

Saanii mein baisan,zeera,soodaa daabboo,soogidda bifa pilaastikii,zayitii nyaata bilcheessu aur thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur daqiiqaa 4-5 kliya ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur dhak ker daqiiqaa 10 kliya chor dein.
Mortal & pestle mein hari mirchein,lehsan,adrak,zeera,soogidda bifa pilaastikii,hara dhania aur podina dal ker ache tarhan crush ker ka paste bana lein.
Chotay frying pan mein zayita nyaata bilcheessu,zeera,rai dana,sabut lal mirch aur curry pata dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Walitti qabuu: Dish mein jiidhee baray,tayyar podina dahi,tadka,lal mirch caccabsame,chaat masala aur papri dal ker karein tajaajiluu!
