Zosakaniza:

  • 200 gm (makapu 2) oats (oats nthawi yomweyo)
  • 80 gm (½ chikho) ma amondi, odulidwa
  • 3 tbsp batala kapena ghee
  • 220 gm (¾ chikho) jaggery* (gwiritsani ntchito 1 chikho cha jaggery, ngati simugwiritsa ntchito shuga wabulauni)
  • 55 gm (¼ chikho) shuga wofiirira
  • 1 tsp chotsitsa cha vanila
  • 100 gm (½ makapu) madeti odulidwa ndi odulidwa
  • 90 gm (½ chikho) zoumba
  • 2 tbsp nthangala za sitsame (posankha)

Njira:

  6. Tumizani kusakaniza mu malata okonzedwa ndikuyala malo osagwirizana ndi kapu yosalala. (Ndimagwiritsa ntchito makina osindikizira a roti.)
  7. Kuphika mu uvuni kwa mphindi 10. Lolani kuziziritsa pang'ono ndikudula mu rectangles kapena mabwalo pamene mukutentha. Mipiringidzoyo ikazirala, mutha kukweza chidutswa mosamala ndikuchotsanso enawo.
  8. Muyenera kugwiritsa ntchito jaggery ngati block osati jaggery kuti muwoneke bwino.
  9. Mutha kusiya shuga wabulauni ngati mukufuna granola yanu isakhale yokoma, koma granola yanu ingakhale yophwanyika.
