Zopangira Zopangira Za Granola

Zosakaniza:
- 200 gm (makapu 2) oats (oats nthawi yomweyo)
- 80 gm (½ chikho) ma amondi, odulidwa
- 3 tbsp batala kapena ghee
- 220 gm (¾ chikho) jaggery* (gwiritsani ntchito 1 chikho cha jaggery, ngati simugwiritsa ntchito shuga wabulauni)
- 55 gm (¼ chikho) shuga wofiirira
- 1 tsp chotsitsa cha vanila
- 100 gm (½ makapu) madeti odulidwa ndi odulidwa
- 90 gm (½ chikho) zoumba
- 2 tbsp nthangala za sitsame (posankha)
Njira:
- Pakani mbale yophika 8″ by 12″ ndi batala, ghee kapena mafuta osalowerera ndale ndikuyikapo ndi zikopa.

- Kutenthetsa uvuni pa 150°C/300°F.
- Mu poto, ikani ghee, jaggery, ndi shuga wa bulauni ndipo jaggery ikasungunuka, zimitsani kutentha.
- Sakanizani vanila, oats ndi zipatso zonse zouma ndikugwedeza bwino.
- Tumizani kusakaniza mu malata okonzedwa ndikuyala malo osagwirizana ndi kapu yosalala. (Ndimagwiritsa ntchito makina osindikizira a roti.)
- Kuphika mu uvuni kwa mphindi 10. Lolani kuziziritsa pang'ono ndikudula mu rectangles kapena mabwalo pamene mukutentha. Mipiringidzoyo ikazirala, mutha kukweza chidutswa mosamala ndikuchotsanso enawo.
- Muyenera kugwiritsa ntchito jaggery ngati block osati jaggery kuti muwoneke bwino.
- Mutha kusiya shuga wabulauni ngati mukufuna granola yanu isakhale yokoma, koma granola yanu ingakhale yophwanyika.
