- Ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs
- Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2
- Badam (Almonds) sliced 2 tbs
- Kishmish ( Zoumba) 2 tbs
- Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2 tbs
- Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) wophwanyidwa 100g
- Doodh (Mkaka) 1 & ½ lita
- Zafran (zingwe za safironi) ¼ tsp
- Doodh (Mkaka) 2 tbs
- Kapu ya Shuga ½ kapena kulawa
- Mtundu wa safironi ½ tsp
- Cream 4 tbs (posankha)
- Pista (Pistachios) sliced
- Badam (Almonds) sliced
-Mu wok, onjezani batala wowoneka bwino & musiye kuti asungunuke.
-Onjezani green cardamom, almonds,rasins, pistachios, sakanizani bwino & mwachangu kwa mphindi imodzi.
-Onjezani vermicelli, sakanizani bwino & mwachangu mpaka asinthe mtundu (2-3 minutes .
-Onjezani mkaka & sakanizani bwino, bweretsani kuti uwiritse & kuphika pa moto wochepa kwa mphindi 10-12.
-Mu mbale yaying'ono, onjezerani ulusi wa safironi,mkaka, sakanizani bwino ndi kusiya kuti zipume kwa 3. -Mphindi 4.
-Mu wok,onjezani shuga,mkaka wa safironi wosungunuka,mafuta a safironi & sakanizani bwino.
-Zimitsani moto,onjezani kirimu & kusakaniza bwino.
-Yatsani lawi, sakanizani bwino. & kuphika pa moto wochepa mpaka wakhuthala (mphindi 1-2).
-Tulutsani m'mbale ndipo musiye kuti izizizire.
