-Batala momwe amafunira
Mu mbale, onjezerani ufa wosakaniza, mchere, kuphika ufa, shuga, soda ndikusakaniza bwino.
Onjezani yoghurt, mafuta, ndi kusakaniza bwino.
Onjezani madzi pang'onopang'ono ndikuukani bwino mpaka ufa wofewa upangike, kuphimba ndi kuusiya kwa maola 2-3.
Kandanso mtanda. , pakani manja ndi mafuta, tengani mtanda ndikupanga mpira, kuwaza ufa pamalo ogwirira ntchito ndikupukuta mtanda mothandizidwa ndi pini ndikuyika madzi pamwamba (amapanga 4-5 Naans).
