UPMA RECIPE
- Kwa Sautéing Rava:
- 1 ½ tbsp ghee
- 1 makapu/ 165 gms bombay rava/ sooji
- Kwa Upma:
- 3 tbsp mafuta (mafuta aliwonse oyengedwa)
- 3/4 tsp Mbewu za mpiru
- 1 tbsp gota urad/ urad wopukutidwa wonse
- supuni 1 chana dal/ bengal gram
- 8 wopanda mtedza, dulani pakati
- tipuni imodzi ya ginger, wodulidwa
- anyezi 1, wodulidwa

- 1 tsabola wobiriwira watsopano, wodulidwa
- 12-15 masamba opanda curry
- 3 ½ makapu madzi
- Mchere kuti mulawe
- ¼ tsp shuga
- 1 wedge ya mandimu
- 1 tbsp masamba a coriander atsopano ndi tsinde zake zofewa, odulidwa
- 1 tbsp ghee
Njira:
● Yatsani ghee mu kadhai ndi kutentha. Onjezerani tsabola ndi kuphika kwa mphindi 2-3 pa moto wochepa. Onetsetsani mosalekeza pamene mukuyambitsa kuti njere iliyonse ya rava ikhale ndi ghee mofanana. Chotsani pamoto ndikuyika pambali kuti mudzagwiritse ntchito pambuyo pake.
● Pa Upma, tenthetsani mafuta mu kadhai yemweyo ndi splutter nthangala za mpiru, kenako chana dal, gota urad ndi mtedza wa cashew. Wiritsani mpaka asanduka bulauni.
● Tsopano onjezerani ginger ndi kuphika kwa mphindi imodzi mpaka ginger atatulutsa fungo lake losaphika.
● Onjezani anyezi, chilli wobiriwira ndi masamba a curry ndipo mwachangu mpaka anyezi atembenuke.
● Onjezani anyezi. m'madzi, mchere, shuga ndi kulola kuwira. Ikayamba kuwira, mulole kuwira kwa mphindi ziwiri. Mwanjira imeneyi zokometsera zonse zidzalowa m'madzi. Sakanizani mosalekeza mukuphika kuti mupewe zotupa.
● Pamene pafupifupi madzi onse atenthedwa, chepetsani lawi lamoto (onetsetsani kuti liyenera kukhala lofanana ndi phala) ndi kuphimba ndi chivindikiro kwa mphindi imodzi.
● Chotsani chivindikirocho ndi kuwaza. madzi a mandimu, masamba a coriander ndi ghee. Sakanizani bwino.
