  • Kwa Sautéing Rava:
    • 1 ½ tbsp ghee
    • 1 makapu/ 165 gms bombay rava/ sooji
  • Kwa Upma:
    • 3 tbsp mafuta (mafuta aliwonse oyengedwa)
    • 3/4 tsp Mbewu za mpiru
    • 1 tbsp gota urad/ urad wopukutidwa wonse
    • supuni 1 chana dal/ bengal gram
    • 8 wopanda mtedza, dulani pakati

Njira:
