Tsitsi la Cigar la Paneer

Zosakaniza:
- Pa Mtanda: 1 chikho Maida, 1 tsp Mafuta, Mchere kuti mulawe
- Pakuti mudzaze: 1 chikho Grated Paneer, 1/2 chikho Grated Tchizi, 1 chikho Anyezi (Odulidwa), 1/4 chikho Green Capsicum (Odulidwa), 1/4 chikho Coriander (Odulidwa), 2 tbsp Green Chilli (Odulidwa), 1/4 chikho Spring anyezi (Gawo Wobiriwira Wodulidwa), 2 tbsp Garlic Watsopano Wobiriwira (Wodulidwa), 1 Chilli Wofiira (Wodulidwa), Mchere Woti Mulawe, 1/8 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- Kwa Slurry: 2 tbsp Maida, madzi
Malangizo:
1. Pangani mtanda wofewa pokanda Maida ndi mafuta ndi mchere. Phimbani ndi kusunga kwa mphindi 30.
2. Pangani ma Puris awiri kuchokera pa mtanda. Pereka Puri imodzi ndikupaka mafuta, kuwaza Maida. Ikani Puri ina pamwamba ndikupukuta ndi Maida. Ikani mbali zonse ziwiri mopepuka pa tawa.
3. Mu mbale, sakanizani zonse zopangira kuti mudzaze.
4. Pangani slurry wandiweyani ndi Maida ndi madzi.
5. Dulani Roti mu mawonekedwe akulu ndikupanga mawonekedwe a Cigar ndi kudzazidwa. Mandani ndi slurry ndi mwachangu mpaka golide pakati mpaka pakati pa moto wocheperako.
6. Kutumikira ndi Chilli Garlic Sauce.
