Njira: tiyeni tiyambe ndikuviika Tamarind mu Mtsuko ndi Madzi (otentha) kwa mphindi 15 mpaka 20. Pambuyo pa mphindi 20 onjezani Tamarind mu blender kuti mupange phala. Kenako, sungani zamkati za Tamarind (monga momwe zasonyezedwera muvidiyoyi) ndikuwonjezera Madzi omwe amagwiritsa ntchito kuviika Tamarind. Tsopano onjezani Tamarind Pulp mu Pan kwa mphindi 2 mpaka 3 ndikuwonjezera Jaggery, Coriander & Chitowe Seeds Powder, Black Salt, Ginger Powder (youma), Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Salt. Kenaka, wiritsani Chutney kwa mphindi 3 mpaka 4 mutatha kuwonjezera Mbewu za Sesame. Kenako zimitsani Flame ndipo Sweet & Sour Tamarind Chutney wanu wakonzeka kutumikira.
