1 sing'anga anyezi - akanadulidwa (प्याज़)
½ tsp Degi Red Chilli Powder (देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
½ tsp Ufa Wa Mantha (हल्दी पाउडर)
2-3 Tchili Zobiriwira Zatsopano - zodulidwa (हरी मिर्च)
Tomato 1 wapakati - wodulidwa (Appटर)
Madzi (पानी)
1½ chikho Gawani Black Gram - yoviikidwa (उड़द दाल)
Mchere kuti mulawe (नमक स्वादानुसार)
1 tsp Mbeu za Chitowe - zowotcha (जीरा)
2 tbsp Masamba a Coriander - odulidwa (धनिया के )

Mumpoto tenthetsa mafuta a mpiru, ndipo onjezerani nthangala za chitowe, zilekeni.
Tsopano onjezerani anyezi ndi mwachangu mpaka kuwala kofiirira kenaka onjezerani degi wofiira chilli ufa, turmeric powder, green chillies ndi kuphika mpaka kununkhira.
Kenako onjezerani tomato saute kwa theka la miniti ndikuwonjezera madzi, anyowa wogawanika wakuda gramu, mchere sakanizani zonse bwino ndikuphimba ndi kuphika kwa mphindi 12-15 kapena mpaka zofewa.
Chotsani chivindikiro ndikuwonjezera nthangala zowotcha za chitowe, masamba a coriander, sakanizani ndikutumikira otentha.
