-Lauki ( Gourde ya botolo) yasenda 1 Cup
-Adrak (Ginger) 1-inch piece
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1/3 Cup
-Sooji (Semolina) Kapu 1 & ½
-Zeera (mbeu za chitowe) wowotcha ndikuphwanyidwa tsp 1
-Mchere wa pinki wa Himalayan 1 tsp kapena kulawa
-Lal mirch (Wofiira chilli) wophwanyidwa 1 tsp
-Water 1 Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) wodulidwa 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (fresh coriander) wodulidwa dzanja

-Baking soda ½ tsp
-Mafuta ophikira 2-3 tbs
-Til (mbewu za Sesame) monga zimafunikira
-Mafuta ophikira 1-2 tsp ngati pakufunika
Malo:
-Dulani anyezi & capsicum.
-Gulani karoti, mphonda wa botolo, ginger ndi kuika pambali.
-Mu mbale, onjezerani yoghurt, semolina, nthangala za chitowe, mchere wapinki, tsabola wofiira wophwanyidwa, madzi & whisk bwino, kuphimba ndi kusiya kwa mphindi khumi.
-Onjezani masamba onse, tsabola wobiriwira, coriander watsopano, soda & sakanizani bwino.
-Mu poto yaing'ono yokazinga (6-inchi), onjezerani mafuta ophikira ndikuwotcha.
-Onjezani nthangala za sesame, okonzeka kumenya & kufalitsa mofanana, kuphimba & kuphika pa moto wochepa mpaka golidi (6-8 mphindi), tembenuzani mosamala, ngati n'koyenera onjezani mafuta ophikira & kuphika pa moto wapakati mpaka zitatha (3-4 mphindi) (zimapanga 4) & kutumikira!
