Shaljam ka Bharta Chinsinsi
Mbaleyi ndi yabwino kutenthetsa m'miyezi yozizira, yokhala ndi kakomedwe kake ka mpiru wosakanizidwa ndi zonunkhira.
Zosakaniza:
- Shaljam (Turnips) 1 kg
- Mchere wa pinki wa Himalayan 1 tsp
- Makapu amadzi 2
- Mafuta ophikira ¼ Cup
- Zeera (mbeu za chitowe) 1 tsp
- Adrak lehsan (adyo wa ginger) wophwanyidwa 1 tsp
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) wadula 1 tbs
- Pyaz (Anyezi) akanadulidwa 2 sing'anga
- Tamatar (Tomato) wodulidwa bwino 2 sing'anga
- Dhania ufa (Coriander ufa) 2 tsp
- Kali mirch (tsabola wakuda) wophwanyidwa ½ tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp kapena kulawa
- Haldi ufa (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Matar (Nandolo) ½ Cup
- Mchere wa pinki wa Himalayan ½ tsp kapena kulawa
- Hara dhania (korianda watsopano) wodulidwa dzanja
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) wodulidwa (kuti azikongoletsa)

Mayendedwe:
- Pendani ma mpiru ndi kuwadula tizidutswa tating'ono
- Mu poto, onjezerani mpiru, mchere wa pinki, ndi madzi. Sakanizani bwino ndi kubweretsa kwa chithupsa. Phimbani ndi nthunzi kuphika pamoto wochepa mpaka mapiko afewe (pafupifupi mphindi 30) ndipo madzi auma.
- Zimitsani lawi lamoto ndikuphwanya bwino mothandizidwa ndi makina ochapira. Khalani pambali.
- Mu wok, onjezerani mafuta ophikira ndi nthanga za chitowe. Onjezani adyo wosweka wa ginger ndi tsabola wobiriwira wodulidwa, ndipo wiritsani kwa mphindi 1-2.
- Onjezani anyezi wodulidwa, sakanizani bwino, ndi kuphika pa moto wochepa kwa mphindi 4-5.
- Onjezani tomato wodulidwa bwino, ufa wa coriander, tsabola wakuda wophwanyika, ufa wofiira wa chilili, turmeric ufa, ndi nandolo. Sakanizani bwino, kuphimba, ndi kuphika pa moto wochepa kwa mphindi 6-8.
- Onjezani osakaniza mpiru, sinthani mchere ngati kuli kofunikira, ndikusakaniza bwino. Phimbani ndi kuphika pa moto wochepa mpaka mafuta atalekanitsa (pafupifupi mphindi 10-12).
- Onjezani ufa wa garam masala ndikusakaniza bwino.
- Kongoletsani ndi tsabola wobiriwira wodulidwa ndi coriander watsopano musanatumikire. Sangalalani ndi Shaljam ka Bharta yanu yokoma!
