Zosakaniza: Konzani Msuzi Wokoma wa Mayo: -Mayonesi ¾ Cup - Chili garlic msuzi 3 tbsp - Madzi a mandimu 1 tsp - ufa wa Lehsan (ufa wa Garlic) ½ tsp -Himalayan pinki mchere 1 uzitsine kapena kulawa Konzani Nkhuku Yowotcha: -Nkhuku yopanda mafupa 400g - Msuzi wotentha 1 tbsp - Madzi a mandimu 1 tsp - Lehsan phala (garlic phala) 1 tsp - Paprika ufa 1 tsp - Himalayan pinki mchere 1 tsp kapena kulawa -Kali mirch powder (Black tsabola powder) ½ tsp Mafuta ophikira 1 tbsp -Nurpur Butter wothira mchere 2 tbsp Konzani Mazira Omelette: -Anda (Egg) 1 -Kali mirch (Black tsabola) wophwanyidwa kuti alawe -Himalayan pinki mchere kulawa - Mafuta ophikira 1 tsp -Nurpur Butter wothira mchere 1 tbsp -Nurpur Butter wothira mchere -Magawo a mkate wa sandwich Kusonkhana: - Cheddar tchizi -Tamatar (Tomato) magawo -Kheera (Nkhaka) magawo - Saladi (masamba a letesi) Konzani Msuzi Wokoma wa Mayo: - Mu mbale yikani mayonesi, chilli garlic msuzi, mandimu, ufa wa adyo, mchere wa pinki, sakanizani bwino ndikuyika pambali. Konzani Nkhuku Yowotcha: - Mu mbale, onjezerani nkhuku, msuzi wotentha, madzi a mandimu, phala la adyo, ufa wa paprika, mchere wapinki, tsabola wakuda ndi kusakaniza bwino, kuphimba & marinate kwa mphindi 30. -Pa poto wosamata, onjezerani mafuta ophikira, batala ndikusiya kuti asungunuke. -Onjezani nkhuku yokazinga ndi kuphika pa moto wochepa kwa mphindi 4-5, tembenuzani, kuphimba ndi kuphika pamoto wochepa mpaka nkhuku itathe (5-6 minutes). -Dulani nkhuku m'magawo ndikuyika pambali.
