Soya Chunk Saladi ndi njira yosavuta komanso yathanzi yomwe mutha kupanga mphindi zochepa. Saladi iyi ikhoza kuperekedwa ngati choyambira musanadye.
Zosakaniza
- Anyezi/प्याज़ -1/2
- Nkhaka/खीरा-1/2
- Tomato/टमाटर -1/2
- Coriander/धनिया -1 tsp
- Mint/पुदीना -1 tsp
- Soya chunks/ सोयाचंक्स- 50 gm
- Curd/दही-1 chikho
- chitowe ufa/ज़ीरा पाउडर-1/2tsp
- Mchere/नमक-Acc malinga ndi kukoma kwanu /स्वाद अनुसार
- Ufa wa tsabola wakuda/काली मिर्च का पाउडर - Acc malinga ndi kukoma kwanu/स्वाद अनुसार
- Mixed herbs/मिश्रित जड़ी बूटी-1/4tsp
Malangizo
- Tengani zidutswa za soya zokwana magalamu 50 ndikuziwiritsa. Zisiyeni m'madzi otentha kwa mphindi 10 mpaka zifewe.
- Sungani madziwa, sambitsani ndi madzi aukhondo ndipo kenaka tsitsani madzi onse ochuluka mu chunks za soya.
- Maritani soya chunks powonjezera curd, mchere, chitowe ufa, zitsamba zosakaniza ndi tsabola wakuda wakuda.
- Lolani marinate ikhale mufiriji kwa mphindi 30
- Onjezani supuni imodzi ya mafuta a azitona mu poto. . Onjezani kabichi wodulidwa ndi tsabola wa belu ndikuphika kwa mphindi 30.
- Ukazizira onjezerani veggie kusakaniza mu zidutswa za soya.
- Onjezani nkhaka zodulidwa, phwetekere, zitsamba zosakaniza, mchere, tsabola wakuda, coriander, ndi timbewu tonunkhira m'mbale.
- Sakanizani zonse pamodzi ndipo soya saladi yanu ya protein yambiri yakonzeka!!
