Sakanizani masamba a Sabzi

Zosakaniza:
- 1 chikho cha cauliflower florets
- 1 chikho karoti, odulidwa
- 1 chikho chobiriwira belu tsabola, akanadulidwa
- li>1 chikho cha chimanga, chodulidwa
- 1 chikho cha nandolo
- 1 chikho cha mbatata, chodulidwa
Njira:
1. Sakanizani masamba onse odulidwa mu mbale.
2. Thirani mafuta mu poto, onjezerani masamba osakaniza, ndipo pitirizani mwachangu kwa mphindi 5-7.
3. Onjezerani mchere, ufa wofiira, ndi garam masala ku masamba. Sakanizani bwino.
4. Phimbani poto ndikuphika pamoto wochepa kwa mphindi 15-20.
