Zosakaniza
Poha (पोहा) – 2 makapu (150 magalamu)

Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च)– 1 (wodulidwa finely)
Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)- ¼ tsp
Mbeu za Mustard Wakuda (राई) - ½ tsp
Shuga (चीनी)-1.5 tsp
Mchere(नमक) – ¾ tsp (kapena kulawa)
Besan sev (बेसन सेव)
Mmene mungapangire Poha :
Tengani makapu awiri a Poha ocheperako ndikutsuka. Thirani poha m'madzi ndikukhetsa nthawi yomweyo. Sakanizani poha ndi supuni. Sitifunika kuviika poha, ingotsukani bwino. Onjezerani ¾ tsp mchere kapena monga mwa kukoma kwa poha, ndikutsatiridwa ndi 1.5 tsp shuga. Sakanizani bwino ndikuyika pambali kwa mphindi 15 kuti mukhazikike. Onetsetsani kamodzi panthawiyi pakatha mphindi zisanu. Khalani pambali kwa mphindi 5 mpaka 6.
Kutenthetsa poto ndikuwonjezerapo 1 tsp mafuta. Sakanizani ½ chikho cha mtedza mu mafuta mpaka crispy. Akawotcha ndipo atakonzeka, atulutseni mu mbale ina.
Kupanga poha onjezerani mafuta a supuni 1 mpaka 2 mu poto ndikuwotcha. Onjezani ½ tsp njere zakuda za mpiru kwa izo ndikuzisiya kuti ziphwanyike. Chepetsani lawi kuti zonunkhira zisatenthe. Onjezani 1 tsabola wobiriwira wodulidwa bwino, ¼ tsp ufa wa turmeric, odulidwa pafupifupi 8 mpaka 10 masamba a curry. Onjezerani poha mu poto ndikuphika kwa mphindi ziwiri pamene mukusakaniza.
