- Chili garlic sauce 2 tbs
- Mayonesi 2 tbs
- Plain paratha
- Mafuta ophikira 1-2 tbs
- Band gobhi (Kabichi) finely shredded
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne
- Podina raita (Mint yogurt sauce)
- Paprika ufa kuti mulawe

Malangizo:
-Mu mbale, onjezerani anyezi, vinyo wosasa, madzi, mchere wapinki, sakanizani bwino ndikusiya kuti zilowerere mpaka zitagwiritsidwa ntchito.
-Mu mbale, onjezerani mbatata & sakanizani bwino mothandizidwa ndi makina osakaniza.
-Onjezani coriander watsopano, mchere wa pinki, chilli wofiira wophwanyidwa, garam masala powder, tandoori masala, chilli garlic sauce, mayonesi & sakanizani mpaka zitaphatikizana bwino.
-Pa paratha, onjezerani ma tbs 3-4 a mbatata yodzazidwa ndi kufalitsa mofanana.
-Pa chiwaya, onjezerani mafuta ophikira ndikuwotcha.

-Flip & pa theka la paratha, onjezerani ndi kufalitsa kabichi, anyezi woviikidwa ndi viniga, capsicum, timbewu tonunkhira. msuzi wa yoghurt, ufa wa paprika, tembenuzirani mbali ina ya paratha (kupanga 4-5) & perekani!
