PANEER MASALA

Zosakaniza
Za Paste Wophwanyidwa
- 1 inchi Ginger, pafupifupi kagawo
- 2-4 Garlic cloves
- 2 kuziziritsa kobiriwira kwatsopano
- Mchere kuti ulawe
Pa Gravy
- 4 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Mbeu za Chitowe
- 2 Clove
- 1 Green cardamom
- Wokonzeka Ginger wa Garlic phala
- 3 saizi yapakati Anyezi, wodulidwa
- ½ tsp ufa wa turmeric
- 2 anawunjidwa tsp ufa wa Coriander
- 1 tsp Degi red chilli powder
- 2 tsp Curd, kumenyedwa
- 3 sing'anga kukula Tomato, wodulidwa
- ½ chikho Madzi
- 400 gms Paneer, odulidwa mu cube size
Zokongoletsa
- Coriander sprig
- Curd, kumenyedwa
- Kasuri methi (posankha ) 1 tsp
li>½ inch Ginger, julienned
Pitani
Kupaka Paste Wophwanyidwa:
Mu thabwa, onjezerani ginger, adyo, tsabola wobiriwira, mchere kuti mulawe ndi kupanga phala wosalala.
Pa Gravy:
Mu kadai, onjezerani ghee ukatentha, onjezerani nthangala za chitowe, ma cloves, green cardamom ndikuwasiya kuti zisanyukire bwino. Onjezani phala la ginger garlic ndikuwasakani bwino.
Onjezani anyezi ndikuwotcha mpaka bulauni wonyezimira.
Onjezani ufa wa turmeric, ufa wa coriander, degi red chilli powder ndi kuphika mpaka pamzerewu. fungo limachoka.
Onjezani mafuta, phwetekere ndikuphika bwino. Onjezani madzi pang'ono ndikuphika kwa mphindi imodzi.
Sakanizani kusakaniza ndi chosakaniza chamanja kuti mukhale wosalala. Onjezerani madzi pang'ono ndikuphika gravy kwa mphindi 5 pamoto wapakati. Onjezani chowotcha ndikuphika kwa mphindi zingapo.
Zokongoletsedwa ndi ginger, coriander sprig, curd ndikutumikira otentha.
