PALAK PANEER

Zosakaniza:
Magulu awiri, masamba a Palak, otsukidwa, (oyeretsedwa kenako m'madzi oundana) , odulidwaPalak Paneer
1 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp mafuta
¼ tsp nthangala za chitowe
3-4 cloves
1 bay leaf
Pinch of asafoetida
2 - 3 anyezi ang'onoang'ono, odulidwa
2-3 garlic pods, odulidwa
1 sing'anga Tomato, odulidwa
1 tsp mbewu za coriander, zokazinga ndi zophwanyidwa
1/2 tbsp. kasoori methi, wokazinga ndi wophwanyidwa
½ tsp ufa wa Turmeric
1 tsp Ufa wa chilili wofiira
masamba 2-3 a sipinachi, odulidwa
Magulu awiri Sipinachi, blanched ndi puree
½ chikho madzi otentha
br>250-300 gm Paneer, kudula mu cubes
1 tbsp Fresh Cream
Mchere monga mwa kukoma
Ginger, julienne

Process
• Mumphika blanch sipinachi masamba mu madzi otentha kwa mphindi 2-3. Chotsani ndikusamutsa nthawi yomweyo m'madzi ozizira oundana.
• Tsopano mu blender yonjezerani ginger, adyo ndi kupanga phala kenaka yikani palak yophika ndi kupanga phala losalala
• Palak paneer kutentha ghee mu poto ndi kuwonjezera bay leaf, chitowe mbewu, asafoetida. Sakanizani kwa mphindi imodzi mpaka kununkhira kununkhira.
• Tsopano onjezerani anyezi ndi adyo, phikani mpaka atembenuke. Onjezerani tomato ndikugwedeza mpaka atakhala ofewa. Onjezerani turmeric, chilli wofiira, kasoori methi, njere za coriander wophwanyidwa ndi ufa wa coriander ndikusakaniza bwino. Onjezani masamba odulidwa a palak.
• Tsopano onjezerani palak puree, madzi otentha, sinthani mchere ndi kusonkhezera bwino.
• Tumizani ma cubes, kuwaza garam masala ndipo mulole kuti iphike kwa mphindi imodzi. >• Kumaliza ndi zonona zatsopano ndikuzipinda kukhala gravy.
• Kongoletsani ginger julienne ndi kirimu watsopano.
