- Konzani Zosakaniza za Baisan:
- Baisan (ufa wa gramu) - Kapu 1 & ½
- Adrak lehsan paste (phala la adyo) - 1 tsp li>
- Zeera (mbewu za Chitowe) - ½ tsp
- mchere wa pinki wa Himalayan - ½ tsp kapena kulawa
- Ufa wa Haldi (Turmeric powder) - ½ tsp < li>Lal mirch (Red chilli) wophwanyidwa - ½ tsp
- Madzi - ¾ Cup kapena ngati mukufunikira
- Konzani Mbatata Yosakaniza:
- Aloo (mbatata) wowiritsa - 3 sing'anga
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) phala - ½ tsp
- Himalayan pinki mchere - ½ tsp kapena kulawa
- Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) ufa - ½ tsp
- Chaat masala - 1 tsp
- Hara dhania (fresh coriander) wodulidwa - 2-3 tbs
