- Tikka masala 3 & ½ tbs
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbsp
- Mandimu 2-3 tbs
- Nkhuku 9 zidutswa (1 kg) li>
- Mafuta ophikira 2 tbs
- Konzani Msuzi wa Garlic Mint Butter:
- Makhan (Butter) 6 tbs
- Lehsan (Galimoto) akanadulidwa 1 & ½ tbs
- Mandimu 2 tbs
- parsley watsopano wodulidwa 2 tbs
- Himalayan pinki mchere kuti mulawe
- Podina (Mint masamba) ma tbs 2 odulidwa
- Malangizo:

- M'mbale, onjezerani yoghurt,tikka masala, phala la adyo wa ginger, madzi a mandimu & sakanizani bwino.
- Dulani ndodo za nkhuku ndikuwonjezera marinade, sakanizani bwino & pakani mofanana.
- Onjezani mafuta ophikira & sakanizani bwino, kuphimba ndi filimu yotsatirira & marinate kwa maola 4 mpaka usiku wonse mufiriji.
- Preheat microwave oven pa 180C kwa mphindi 15.
- >Pa mbale, ikani choyikira cha microwave & nkhuku yothira ndi kuphika mu uvuni wotenthedwa kale (convection mood) pa 180C kwa mphindi 45-50 (Flip in between).
- Konzani Garlic Mint Butter Sauce :
- Mu mbale, onjezerani batala, adyo & microwave kwa mphindi imodzi.
- Onjezani madzi a mandimu, parsley watsopano, mchere wapinki, masamba a mint & sakanizani bwino. li>
