mipira ya nyama yankhuku:
- 1 lb yankhuku
- 1 tsp mchere
- 1 tsp ufa wa adyo
- 1 tsp chili ufa
- 1 tbsp ginger wodula bwino lomwe
msuzi wa mtedza:
- 1/4 chikho chokoma mtedza batala
- 1/4 chikho kokonati aminos
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp madzi a mapulo
- 1 tbsp ginger wodula bwino lomwe
- 1 tsp ufa wa adyo
- 1/4 chikho madzi ofunda
popereka:
- 1 chikho chouma mpunga wabulauni + 2 + 1/2 makapu madzi
- 1/2 chikho chodulidwa mwatsopano cilantro (pafupifupi 1/3 ya mulu)
