- Adrak (Ginger) wophwanyidwa 1 tsp
- Lehsan (Garlic) wophwanyidwa 1 tbs
- Himalayan pinki mchere 1 tsp kapena kulawa
- Madzi 2-3 Makapu
- Sabut dhania (mbeu za Coriander) wophwanyidwa 1 tbs
- Kali mirch ufa (Black pepper powder) 1 & ½ tsp
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) wophwanyidwa 1 tbs
- li>Dahi (Yogati) whisk 4 tbs
- Mandimu ½ tbs
Malangizo:
- Mu poto yachitsulo, onjezerani mafuta ophikira ndikuwotcha.
- Onjezani nyama yankhumba, sakanizani bwino ndi kuphika pa moto waukulu kwa mphindi 4-5.
- Onjezani ginger, adyo, mchere wa pinki, sakanizani bwino & kuphika kwa mphindi zitatu. - Mphindi 4.
- Onjezani madzi, sakanizani bwino & bweretsani kuwira, phimbani ndi kuphika pa moto wochepa mpaka nyama yafewa (mphindi 35-40).
- Onjezani njere za coriander, ufa wa tsabola wakuda, chilli wobiriwira, yogati, sakanizani bwino & kuphika pamoto wochepa mpaka mafuta atalekanitsa (mphindi 2-3).
