Zosakaniza
- Lehsan (Garlic) 4-5 cloves
- Adrak (Ginger) chidutswa cha inchi 1
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4 -5
- Kaju (Mtedza wa Cashew) 8-10
- Pyaz (Anyezi) Wokazinga ½ Cup
- Ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs
- li>Nkhuku qeema (Mince) wodulidwa bwino 650g
- Baisan (ufa wa gramu) 4 tbs
- Himalayan pinki mchere 1 tsp kapena kulawa
- Lal mirch ufa ( Red chilli powder) 1 tsp kapena kulawa
- Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ¼ tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Zeera ( Mbewu za chitowe) zokazinga ndi kuphwanyidwa ½ tbs
- Hara dhania (korianda watsopano) wodulidwa pang'ono
- Dahi (Yogurt) anapachikidwa 300g
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) wodulidwa 2
- Mchere wa pinki wa Himalayan ¼ tsp kapena kulawa
- Masamba a rozi wouma wophwanyidwa pang'ono
- Mafuta ophikira okazinga
- Sonehri warq (Golden masamba odyedwa)
- Badam (Maamondi) odulidwa
Malangizo
- Mu chivundi & pestle, onjezerani adyo, ginger, tsabola wobiriwira ,mtedza, anyezi wokazinga, phwanya & pera bwino kuti upange phala wandiweyani ndikuyika pambali.
- Mu mbale yikani mafuta omveka bwino, mince ya nkhuku, ufa wa gramu, phala, mchere wapinki, chilli powder , ufa wa cardamom, tsabola wakuda, nthangala za chitowe, coriander watsopano, sakanizani & sakanizani bwino ndi manja mpaka zitaphatikizana.
- Mu mbale, onjezerani yoghurt, green chillies, pinki mchere, zouma rose petals & sakanizani bwino. .
- Pakani m'manja ndi mafuta, tengani osakaniza pang'ono (80g) ndi kuphwanyidwa padzanja lanu, onjezani ½ tsp ya yogurt yodzaza, phimbani bwino ndi kupanga kabab yofanana (imapanga 10-11).
- Mu poto yokazinga, tenthetsa mafuta ophikira & kabab yokazinga pang'onopang'ono kuchokera kumbali zonse ziwiri mpaka bulauni wagolide.
