1-2 matumba a veggie scraps
1-2 bay masamba
½ - 1 tsp tsabola wakuda
1 tbsp mchere
12-16 makapu madzi (Dzazani ndi madzi pamwamba pa veggies)
Mayendedwe:

2️⃣ Khalani pansi kwa maola 8-10, kapena pamwamba kwa 4-6.
3️⃣ Senani msuzi musefa wabwino wa mesh.
4️⃣ Lolani msuzi kuti azizizira. ozizira, musanasunge mu furiji kapena mufiriji.
