Mpunga ndi Kusakaniza Mwachangu

- 1 chikho chouma mpunga wabulauni + 2 + 1/2 makapu madzi
- 8oz tempeh + 1/2 chikho madzi (akhoza kuchepera 14oz firm tofu block, woponderezedwa kwa 20-30 min ngati simukonda kukoma kwa tempeh)
- 1 mutu wa broccoli, wodulidwa muzidutswa ting'onoting'ono + 1/2 chikho madzi
- 2 tbsp mafuta a azitona kapena avocado
- li>~ 1/2-1 tsp mchere
- 1/2 chikho chatsopano chodulidwa cilantro (pafupifupi 1/3 mulu)
- juwisi wa 1/2 laimu
- Msuzi wa Mtedza:
- 1/4 chikho chokoma mtedza batala
- 1/4 chikho cha kokonati aminos
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp madzi a mapulo
- 1 tbsp ginger wodula bwino lomwe
- 1 tsp ufa wa adyo
- 1/4-1/3 chikho cha madzi ofunda
Dulani tempeh m'mabwalo ang'onoang'ono, dulani burokoli ndikuyika pambali. Kutenthetsa mafuta mu skillet pa sing'anga kutentha. Onjezerani tempeh ndi 1/4 chikho cha madzi, kuonetsetsa kuti palibe zidutswa zomwe zikudutsana. Valani chivindikiro ndikusiya nthunzi kwa mphindi 5 kapena mpaka madzi atsuke kwambiri, kenaka tembenuzirani chidutswa chilichonse, onjezerani madzi otsala a 1/4 chikho, kuphimba, ndi kuphika kwa mphindi zisanu
Nyengo tempeh ndi mchere ndikuchotsa ku skillet. Onjezerani broccoli ku skillet, onjezerani 1/2 chikho cha madzi, kuphimba, ndi kuphika kwa mphindi 5-10, kapena mpaka madzi asungunuka.
Burokoli akatenthedwa, sakanizani msuzi pogwedeza zosakaniza zonse za msuzi mpaka zosalala. Broccoli ikayamba, chotsani chivindikiro, onjezerani tempeh, ndikuphimba chirichonse mu msuzi wa chiponde. Sakanizani, bweretsani msuzi kuti utenthe, ndipo mulole zokometsera zigwirizane kwa mphindi zingapo.
