Buluu wamchere - 1/4 chikho (50g)
Mkaka (Wowiritsa)- 1/3 chikho (80 ml)
Mchere - 1/4 tsp kapena malinga ndi kukoma kwake
Malangizo:
1. Pang'onopang'ono tenthetsa mkaka mumphika pamoto wochepa, ndikuyambitsa nthawi zonse. Yesani kutentha kwapakati pa 45 mpaka 50 digiri Celsius, kapena mpaka kutentha.
