Zosakaniza Zopangira Mbatata:
►2 lbs russet mbatata, kusenda ndi kudula mu zidutswa 1” zokhuthala
►3/4 chikho cholemera chokwapula kirimu, kutentha
►1/2 tsp mchere wa m'nyanja
► 1/4 chikho cha Parmesan tchizi, finely shredded
► dzira lalikulu 1, kumenyedwa pang'ono
► 2 Tbsp batala, wosungunuka kupaka pamwamba
► 1 Tbsp Wodulidwa parsley kapena chives , kukongoletsa pamwamba
Zosakaniza Zodzaza:
►1 tsp mafuta a azitona
►1 lb 1 lb yowonda yang'ombe kapena nkhosa yothira
►1 tsp mchere, kuphatikiza zambiri kulawa
►1/2 tsp tsabola wakuda, kuphatikiza zina kulawa
►1 anyezi wachikasu wapakati, wodulidwa bwino (1 chikho)
►2 adyo cloves, minced
►2 Tbsp zonse- ufa wothira
► 1/2 chikho cha vinyo wofiira
►1 chikho cha ng’ombe msuzi kapena nkhuku msuzi
►1 Tbsp phwetekere phala
►1 Tbsp Worcestershire msuzi
►1 1 1/2 makapu masamba owuzidwa mwa kusankha
