  • Kashmiri red chilli powder a pinch
  • Haldi ufa pang'ono
  • Mchere kuti ulawe

Za curry:

  • Ghee 2 tbsp + mafuta 1 tbsp
  • Yeera 1 tsp
  • Dalchini 1 inchi
  • Green cardamom 2-3 pods
  • Black cardamom 1 no.
  • Pangani 1 no.
  • Anyezi 5 kukula kwapakati / 400 gm (odulidwa)
  • Ginger garlic chili ½ chikho (chodulidwa pafupifupi)
  • Ufa wa Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Chili ufa wofiira wokometsera 2 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander ufa 2 tbsp
  • Jeera ufa 1 tsp
  • Tomato 4 wapakati (odulidwa)
  • Mchere kuti ulawe
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Kasuri methi 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1 inchi (yodziwika)
  • Green chilies 2-3 nos. (kudula)
  • Korianda watsopano pang'ono pang'ono

Njira:

Ikani poto pa kutentha pang'ono, onjezerani ghee, mazira owiritsa, tsabola wofiira wofiira, haldi & mchere, gwedezani ndi kuyanika mazirawo kwa mphindi zingapo.` sungani mazira okazinga pambali kuti agwiritsidwe ntchito mtsogolo. >

Pa curry, ikani wok pa kutentha pang'ono, ikani ghee ndi zokometsera zonse, sakanizani ndi kuwonjezera anyezi wodulidwa, gwedezani ndi kuphika mpaka anyezi asinthe mtundu wagolide.

Onjezani chilli cha ginger wodula bwino lomwe, gwedezani ndi kuphika kwa mphindi 3-4 pamoto wapakati.

Tsitsaninso lawi ndikuwonjezera zokometsera, sakanizani bwino ndikuwonjezera madzi otentha kuti zonunkhira zisapse.

Onjezani lawi lamoto mpaka kutentha pang'ono, yambitsani ndi kuphika mpaka ghee atuluke.

Tsopano, onjezerani tomato & mchere, gwedezani ndi kuphika bwino kwa mphindi 8-10 kapena mpaka tomato atasakanikirana bwino ndi masala.

Onjezani madzi otentha, yambitsani ndi kuphika pa kutentha pang'ono kwa mphindi 2-3.

Tsopano, onjezani mazira okazinga osaya kwambiri, gwedezani ndi kuphika pamoto waukulu kwa mphindi 5-6.

Tsopano onjezerani ginger, chilli wobiriwira, kasuri methi, garam masala & masamba a coriander odulidwa kumene, sakanizani bwino.
