- 2 tbsp chilili powder blend
- 1/2 tbsp arrbol chili powder or sub pinch of cayenne
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp ufa wa adyo
- 1 28 oz akhoza kuphwanyidwa tomato
- 3 makapu amadzimadzi- Ndinamwa makapu 2 madzi 1 chikho cha veg msuzi
- mchere wothira kuti mulawe 1/2 tsp mwina ndi yabwino kwa ambiri
Kuphika mwachangu mphindi 8 ndikutulutsa kwachilengedwe- pafupifupi mphindi 20 zina

Kutentha 1/2 mutu wa kolifulawa wodulidwa mzidutswa. Sakanizani pasitala wophika, kolifulawa wotentha, nkhuku ndi mac n cheese msuzi. kusonkhezera otentha msuzi kukoma kwanu. Sakanizani bwino ndiye kutsanulira mu poto. pamwamba ndi shredded tchizi ndi kuthira ndi msuzi otentha kwambiri. Kuphika pa 350 kwa mphindi 20 mpaka tchizi usungunuke. Ngati mukugwiritsa ntchito tchizi, mungafunike kuthira mkaka wambiri kuti tchizi usungunuke.
