-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Oregano wowuma 1 tsp
-parsley wouma ½ tsp
-thyme wouma ½ tsp
-Namak (Mchere) 1 tsp kapena kulawa
-Lal mirch (Red chili) wophwanyidwa 1 tsp
-Dry milk powder 1 & ½ tbs
-Parmesan cheese 2 & ½ tbs (posankha)
-Saunf (Fennel mbewu) ufa ½ tsp
-Mafuta ophikira okazinga

Malangizo:
-Mu chopper, onjezerani nkhuku zopanda mafupa, msuzi wakuda wa soya, mafuta a azitona, ufa wa paprika, ufa wa tsabola wakuda, phala la adyo, oregano wouma, parsley wouma, thyme wouma, mchere, tsabola wofiira wophwanyidwa, mkaka wouma, ufa wa tchizi wa parmesan, nthanga za fennel ndi kuwaza mpaka zitaphatikizidwa bwino (ziyenera kukhala zosasinthasintha).

-Pamalo ogwirira ntchito ndikuyika filimu yotsatirira.
-Pakani manja anu ndi mafuta ophikira, tengani nkhuku yosakaniza ndikuyipiringitsa.
-Ikani pamwamba pa filimu yotsamira, kulungani & piringiza ndi Mangani m'mphepete (amapanga 6).
