  • Zosakaniza:
    - Mbeu za Coriander 2 tbsp
    - Mbeu za chitowe 1 tsp
    - Chimanga cha tsabola wakuda 1 tsp
    - Mbeu za Fenugreek 1 tsp
    - Mbeu za mpiru 1 tsp
    br> - Mbeu za poppy 1 tsp

    Za phala
    - Byedgi red chillies/ Kashmiri red chillies 10-12 nos.
    - Cashew 3-4 nos.
    - Jaggery 1 tbsp
    - Garlic cloves 8-10 nos.
    - Tamarind Paste 2 tbsp
    - Mchere kuti ulawe
  • Njira: Ikani poto pamoto waukulu ndikutenthetsa bwino, poto ikatenthedwa, chepetsani moto ndikuwonjezera mbewu za coriander pamodzi ndi zotsalira zonse zokometsera, ziwotcha bwino pamoto wochepa mpaka kununkhira. Tsopano tengani chilli chonse chofiyira ndikuchotsa njerezo pozidula mothandizidwa ndi lumo. Onjezani madzi otentha ndikuviika tsabola wa deseeded ndi ma cashews pamodzi mu mbale, zitaviikidwa mumtsuko wopukutira pamodzi ndi zokometsera zokazinga. Kenaka yikani zotsalira zotsalira za phala, onetsetsani kuti mumagwiritsa ntchito madzi ochepa kwambiri, pogaya zosakaniza zonse mu phala labwino.
  • Kupanga ghee wowotcha:
    Kuthira ma prawns
    - Prawns 400 magalamu

    Kupanga ghee roast masala-
    - Ghee 6 tbsp
    - Curry masamba 10-15 nos.
    - Madzi a mandimu 1 tsp
  • Njira: Kuti muwotche nsonga za prawn muyenera kuwiritsa ma prawn, chifukwa amachotsa mtsempha wa prawns ndikutsuka bwino. Onjezerani ma prawns opangidwa mu mbale ndikuwonjezera mchere, ufa wa turmeric, madzi a mandimu, sakanizani bwino ndi kuziyika pambali mpaka tipange ghee kuwotcha masala. Kuti mupange ghee wowotcha masala, ikani poto pamoto waukulu ndikuwotha bwino, onjezerani 3 tbsp wa ghee mu poto ndikusiyani kutentha bwino. Mafuta akatenthedwa, onjezani phala lomwe tidapanga kale ndikuliphika pamoto wocheperako uku akuyambitsa mosalekeza, phikani phala mpaka ichita mdima ndikuphwanyika...
