 - 1/2 chikho ( 170g) Uchi
 - 1 tsp (5g) Vanila
 - 2 makapu (175g) Ufa wa oat
 - 1/3 chikho (30g) ufa wa koko wopanda shuga
 - 2 tsp (8g) Baking powder
 - Mchere pang'ono
 - 1/2 chikho (80g) Tchipisi ta chokoleti (ngati simukufuna)
 
Pa Msuzi Wa Chokoleti: Mu mbale yaing'ono, sakanizani uchi ndi ufa wa koko mpaka zosalala.
