Katori Chaat
Kumva kukoma kosangalatsa kwa Katori Chaat, chakudya chamsewu cha ku India chosakanizika chomwe chimaphatikiza katori (mbale) yokhala ndi zosakaniza zokometsera. Zabwino ngati zokhwasula-khwasula kapena zokometsera, mbale iyi imasangalatsa alendo anu.
Zowonjezera:
- Kwa Katori:
- 1 chikho cha ufa wacholinga chonse
- 1/2 supuni ya tiyi ya mbewu za carom (ajwain)
- Mchere kuti ulawe
- Madzi ngati pakufunika
- Mafuta okazinga
- Kudzaza:
- 1 chikho chophika nandolo (chana)
- 1/2 chikho chodulidwa bwino anyezi
- 1/2 chikho chodulidwa tomato
- 1/2 chikho yogurt
- 1/4 chikho cha tamarind chutney
- Chaat masala kuti mulawe
- Masamba atsopano a coriander okongoletsa
- Sev powonjezera
Malangizo:
- Mu mbale yosakaniza, phatikizani ufa wa zolinga zonse, mbewu za carom, ndi mchere. Pang'onopang'ono onjezerani madzi kuti muponde mu mtanda wosalala. Siyani kuti ipume kwa mphindi 15.
- Gawani mtanda kukhala timipira tating'ono ndikugudubuza mpira uliwonse kuti ukhale wozungulira.
- Kutenthetsa mafuta mu poto yakuya. Pang'ono ndi pang'ono ikani mtandawo mu mafuta ndi mwachangu mwachangu mpaka golidi ndi crispy, kuwapanga kukhala katori pogwiritsa ntchito supuni yolowera.
- Mukamaliza, zichotseni ku mafuta ndikuzisiya kuti zizizizira papepala kuti zimwe mafuta ochulukirapo.
- Kuti musonkhanitse Chaat ya Katori, lembani katori kalikonse ndi nandolo zophika, anyezi odulidwa, ndi tomato.
- Onjezani chidole cha yogati, thirirani tamarind chutney, ndi kuwaza chaat masala.
- Kongoletsani ndi masamba atsopano a coriander ndi sev. Tumikirani nthawi yomweyo ndikusangalala ndi chochitika ichi chodabwitsa cha Indian Chaat!
