Zosakaniza:
- Nkhumba - 400 Gm
- Mkaka - 1 Cup
- Anyezi - 1 (wodulidwa)
- Garlic - 2 cloves (minced)
- Ginger - 1 inch (grated)
- Chitowe Phala - 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder - kulawa
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
- Zizine Za Shuga
- Mafuta - Okazinga
- Mchere - Kulawa
- Yambani ndikutenthetsa mafuta mu poto pa kutentha kwapakati.
- Onjezani anyezi wodulidwa ndi mwachangu mpaka asinthe.
- Onjezani adyo wodulidwa ndi ginger wonyezimira, kuphika mpaka kununkhira.
- Onjezani phala la chitowe ndi kusakaniza bwino, kuti aphike kwa mphindi imodzi.
- Yambitsani shrimp mu poto. ndi kuwathira mchere, tsabola wofiira, ndi shuga pang'ono. Sakanizani mpaka shrimp isandulike pinki ndi opaque, pafupifupi mphindi 3-4.
- Thirani mkaka ndi kubweretsa kusakaniza kwa sing'anga, kuwasiya aphike kwa mphindi 2-3 mpaka atakhuthala pang'ono.
- Waza ufa wa garam masala pamwamba pa mbaleyo, gwedezani komaliza, ndipo pitirizani kuphika kwa mphindi imodzi.
- Tumikirani kutentha, kuuphatikizira ndi mpunga kapena mkate kuti mudye chakudya chokoma.
