-Mafuta ophikira 1/3 chikho
-Zeera (mbeu za chitowe) 1 tsp
-Sabut lal mirch (Batani red chillies) 10-12
-Tez patta (Bay masamba) 3 yaying'ono
-Kari patta (Curry masamba) 18-20
-Kasuri methi (Masamba owuma a fenugreek) 1 tbs
-Ufa wa Lehsan (Ufa wa Garlic) 2 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 & ½ tsp kapena kulawa
-Dhania ufa (Coriander powder) 2 tsp
-Ufa wa Haldi (Ufa wa Turmeric) 1 tsp
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Himalayan pinki mchere 3 tsp kapena kulawa
-Tatri (Citric acid) ½ tsp
-Madzi Makapu 3
-Instant Daal premix ½ Cup
-Hara dhania (korianda watsopano) wadulidwa 1 tbs
-Mu wok, onjezerani mphodza wachikasu, mphodza wofiira & kuwotcha pamoto wochepa kwa mphindi 6-8.
-Zisiyeni zizizizira.
-Mu chopukusira, ikani mphodza wokazinga, perani kupanga ufa ndikuyika pambali.
-Mu wok, ikani mafuta ophikira, nthangala za chitowe, mabatani ofiira a chillies, bay leaves & sakanizani bwino.
-Onjezani masamba a curry ndikusakaniza bwino.
-Onjezani masamba owuma a fenugreek, ufa wa adyo, ufa wa chilli wofiira, ufa wa coriander, ufa wa turmeric, ufa wa garam masala & sakanizani bwino kwa mphindi imodzi.
-Onjezani mphodza, sakanizani bwino ndi kuphika pa moto wochepa kwa mphindi 6-8.
-Zisiyeni zizizizira.
-Onjezani mchere wa pinki, citric acid & sakanizani bwino (zokolola: 650g 4 makapu pafupifupi.)
-Instant daal premix ikhoza kusungidwa mumtsuko wouma wosatulutsa mpweya kapena chikwama cha zip lock kwa mwezi umodzi (Shelf life).
-Mumphika, onjezerani madzi, ½ chikho cha instant daal premix & whisk bwino.
-Yatsani lawi lamoto, sakanizani bwino & bweretsani kuti ziwira, phimbani pang'ono & kuphika pa moto wochepa mpaka wachifundo (mphindi 10-12).
-Onjezani coriander watsopano, tsanulirani tadka (ngati mukufuna) & perekani ndi chawal!
