  • Konzani Mtanda wa Paratha:
    • Maida (ufa wacholinga chonse) anasefa Makapu 2
    • Mchere wa pinki wa Himalayan ½ tsp
    • Ghee (Batala Womveka) 1 tsp
    • Madzi ¾ Kapu kapena ngati mukufunikira
    • Ghee (Batala Woyeretsedwa) 1-2 tsp
    • Ghee (Batala Woyeretsedwa) 1-2 tsp
    • Lehsan (Garlic) wodulidwa finely
    • Hara dhania (coriander watsopano) wodulidwa

      • Mu spice shaker, onjezerani ufa wa chilili wofiira wa Kashmiri, njere za coriander, njere za chitowe, tsabola wofiira wophwanyidwa, mchere wapinki, phimbani & gwedezani bwino. Zosakaniza zokometsera zakonzeka!
    • Konzani Mtanda:
      • -Mumbale, onjezerani ufa wosakaniza zonse, mchere, batala wowoneka bwino ndikusakaniza bwino mpaka uphwanyike.
