- ... Kutenthetsa mafuta a azitona mu uvuni wa Dutch pa kutentha kwapakati. Onjezani adyo ndi tsabola wofiira ndikuphika mpaka zitanunkhira. Ponyani mu escarole pamodzi ndi 1/2 chikho cha msuzi, oregano wouma, mchere, ndi tsabola. Sakanizani bwino, ikani pachivundikiro, ndipo simmer kwa mphindi zisanu. Chotsani chivindikirocho, tsanulirani nyemba ndi madzi mu chitini pamodzi ndi msuzi wotsala wa nkhuku. Simmer kwa mphindi zina 10-15, kapena mpaka masamba afota ndi ofewa. Ikani m'mbale yomwe mumakonda ndikuwonjezera parmesan tchizi, tsabola wofiira, ndi mafuta owonjezera a azitona.
