  • Garam Masala - 1 tsp
  • Ghee - 2 tbsp
  • Mafuta - 1 tbsp
  • Zonunkhira Zonse
  • * Sinamoni - 1 inch piece
  • * Nyenyezi Anise - 1 no.
  • * Cardamom Pods - 3 nos.* Cloves - 8 nos.* Bay. Tsamba - 2 nambala.
  • Anyezi - 2 nambala. (wodulidwa pang'ono)
  • Tsabola Wobiriwira - 3 nos. (kudula)
  • Ginger Garlic Phala - 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato - 3 nos. wodulidwa
  • Mchere - 2 tsp + mofunikira
  • Masamba a Coriander - 1/2 gulu

  • Basmati Rice - 300g (woviikidwa Kwa Mphindi 30)
  • Madzi - 500 ml

  2. Wiritsani mazira ndikuwasenda ndikuwapanga ming’alu
  3. Yatsani poto ndi mafuta ndipo kangani anyezi wokazinga ndi kuwaika pambali
  4. Mupoto womwewo onjezerani. mafuta, turmeric powder, red chili powder, mchere ndikuthira mazirawo ndikukazinga mazirawo ndikuwasiya pambali
  5. Tengani pressure cooker ndikuthiramo madzi ndi mafuta mu cooker ndikuwotcha zokometsera zonse. li>
