Zosakaniza:
- Brinjal (zozungulira, zazikulu) – 2nos

- Adyo wodulidwa – 1 tbsp

- Tsamba – ¾ tsp
- Chilli ufa – 1 tsp
- Tomato wodulidwa – ¾ chikho

Njira:
- Kupanga bharta yabwino sankhani baingan yayikulu yozungulira kapena aubergine kapena biringanya. Pangani mabala ang'onoang'ono ang'onoang'ono pa brinjal pogwiritsa ntchito mpeni wakuthwa ndikuyikamo clove wa adyo wosenda.
- Pakani mafuta opepuka kunja kwa aubergine ndikuyika pamoto wotseguka. Mukhoza kugwiritsa ntchito grill ndikuwotcha aubergine mpaka itapsa kuchokera kunja. Onetsetsani kuti zaphika mbali zonse.

- Wawaza turmeric, ufa wa chili ndi kuyambitsa mwachangu. Onjezerani tomato, kuwaza mchere ndi kuphika pa kutentha kwakukulu kwa 3mins. Onjezani ma brinjal ophwanyidwa ndikuphika kwa mphindi zisanu.
- Onjezani coriander wodulidwa ndikuponyanso. Chotsani kutentha ndikuzipereka ndi mikate yafulati yaku India monga roti, chapati, paratha, kapena naan.
