Daal Masoor Chinsinsi

Zosakaniza za Chinsinsi cha Daal Masoor:
- 1 chikho cha masoor daal (nyemba wofiira)
- 3 makapu madzi
- 1 tsp mchere
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Anyezi 1 wapakati (wodulidwa)
- 1 phwetekere wapakati (wodulidwa)
- 4-5 tsabola wobiriwira (wodulidwa)
- 1/2 chikho cha coriander chatsopano (chodulidwa)
Kukwiyitsa daal masoor:
- 2 tbsp ghee (womveka batala) / mafuta
- 1 tsp nthangala za chitowe
- chitsine cha asafetida
Chinsinsi: Tsukani daal ndikuviika kwa mphindi 20-30. Mu poto yakuya, onjezerani madzi, daal wothiridwa, mchere, turmeric, anyezi, phwetekere, ndi tsabola wobiriwira. Sakanizani ndi kuphika pamene mukuphimba kwa mphindi 20-25. Kwa kutentha, kutentha ghee, onjezerani nthangala za chitowe ndi asafetida. Daal ikaphika, onjezerani kutentha ndi coriander watsopano pamwamba. Patsani kutentha ndi mpunga kapena naan.
