Zosakaniza za Chinsinsi cha Daal Masoor:

  • 1 chikho cha masoor daal (nyemba wofiira)

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • 4-5 tsabola wobiriwira (wodulidwa)
  • 1/2 chikho cha coriander chatsopano (chodulidwa)

Kukwiyitsa daal masoor:

  • 2 tbsp ghee (womveka batala) / mafuta
  • 1 tsp nthangala za chitowe
  • chitsine cha asafetida

Chinsinsi: Tsukani daal ndikuviika kwa mphindi 20-30. Mu poto yakuya, onjezerani madzi, daal wothiridwa, mchere, turmeric, anyezi, phwetekere, ndi tsabola wobiriwira. Sakanizani ndi kuphika pamene mukuphimba kwa mphindi 20-25. Kwa kutentha, kutentha ghee, onjezerani nthangala za chitowe ndi asafetida.
