Creamy Ng'ombe ya Tikka

Zosakaniza:
- Nyama ya ng'ombe yopanda mafupa 750g
- Mchere wa pinki wa Himalayan 1 tsp kapena kulawa
- Adrak lehsan phala (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
- Kacha papita (papaya yaiwisi) phala 1 & ½ tbs
- Olper's Cream 1 Cup (200ml) kutentha kwa chipinda
- Dahi (Yogati) whisked 1 & ½ Cup
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) wophwanyidwa 1 tsp
- Sabut dhania (mbeu za Coriander) wophwanyidwa 1 & ½ tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 & ½ tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp tsp
- Mchere wa pinki wa Himalayan ½ tsp kapena kulawa
- Kasuri methi (Masamba owuma a fenugreek) 1 & ½ tsp
- Pyaz (Anyezi) cubes monga amafunikira

Malangizo:
