Zosakaniza:

  1. Nyama ya ng'ombe yopanda mafupa 750g
  2. Mchere wa pinki wa Himalayan 1 tsp kapena kulawa
  3. Adrak lehsan phala (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
  4. Kacha papita (papaya yaiwisi) phala 1 & ½ tbs
  5. Olper's Cream 1 Cup (200ml) kutentha kwa chipinda
  6. Dahi (Yogati) whisked 1 & ½ Cup
  7. Hari mirch (Green chilli) wophwanyidwa 1 tsp
  8. Sabut dhania (mbeu za Coriander) wophwanyidwa 1 & ½ tsp
  9. Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 & ½ tsp
  10. Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
  11. Chaat masala 1 tsp
  12. Garam masala powder ½ tsp tsp
  13. Mchere wa pinki wa Himalayan ½ tsp kapena kulawa
  14. Kasuri methi (Masamba owuma a fenugreek) 1 & ½ tsp
  15. Pyaz (Anyezi) cubes monga amafunikira

  17. Mafuta ophikira 2-3 tbs
  18. Mafuta ophikira 1 tbs

Malangizo:

    < li>Mu mbale, onjezerani ng'ombe, mchere wapinki, phala la adyo, phala la papaya yaiwisi & Sakanizani bwino, phimbani ndi filimu yophikira & marinate kwa maola 4 mufiriji.
  1. Onjezani kirimu, yoghurt, green chilli, mbewu za coriander, ufa wa chitowe, ufa wa tsabola wakuda, chaat masala, garam masala ufa, mchere wapinki, masamba a fenugreek zouma & sakanizani bwino, kuphimba ndi kuwiritsa kwa maola awiri.
  2. Mu skewers zamatabwa, skew anyezi cubes, marinated ng'ombe boti mosinthana & sungani marinade otsala kuti mudzagwiritse ntchito pambuyo pake.
  3. Pa poto yachitsulo, onjezerani mafuta ophikira ndi kuphika skewers pa moto wochepa kwa mphindi 2-3, kuphimba ndi kuphika pa moto wochepa kwa mphindi 4-5. mbali iliyonse.
  4. Pakani mafuta ophikira pakati ndi kuphika skewers kumbali zonse mpaka bulauni wagolide (kupanga 13-14).
  5. Mu poto wachitsulo womwewo, onjezerani mafuta ophikira, osungidwa, osungidwa. marinade, sakanizani bwino ndi kuphika pa moto wochepa kwa mphindi 2-3.
